 Guidelines for Two-Bed Sleeping Quarters

Two-bed rooms are offered based on availability and on a first-requested, first-served basis, following this priority:

1. Guests with mobility or other disability-related needs. - No additional cost.
2. Guests staying 3 nights:
   • Priority is given equally to pairs (not necessarily couples) at no additional cost, and to individuals willing to pay a $60 per night single supplement.
3. Guests staying 2 nights:
   • Priority is given equally to pairs at no additional cost, and to individuals willing to pay a $60 per night single supplement. 
4. Guests staying 1 night:
   • Priority is given equally to pairs at no additional cost, and to individuals willing to pay a $60 per night single supplement.

Note: If all two-bed rooms have been assigned, guests requesting accommodations for mobility or disability needs may be asked to pay the $60 per night upcharge if they are unwilling to share a room.

Scholarship funds cannot be used to pay the single supplement.

Registration volunteers will contact individuals requesting two-bed rooms to collect details about eligibility and arrange for payment, where applicable.

Note: Individuals must find their own sharing partners, where applicable. The retreat cannot promise two-bed rooms without charge to individuals who have not yet identified their sharing partners, and registration volunteers cannot be responsible for finding sharing partners for individuals who want a two-bed room but do not want to pay the supplement. An exception is guests with mobility or other disability-related needs; they are not required to find partners.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so here's our cancellation policy:

1. Full refunds will be provided to registrants needing to cancel on or before August 5, 2024.
2. Unfortunately, due to our contractual agreement with Gwinwood Retreat Center, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations received on/or after August 6, 2024.
